[RECIPES] BANANO SUSHI

Sushi has gone through many changes and variations from its original recipes, you can even find new sushi recipes that adapt to regions of the world using indigenous ingredients from the region.


Today at the daily peel we bring you our adaptation of dessert sushi based on Banana, ideal to share with the family.


The sushi consists of a banana wrapped in a thin crepe and covered with chocolate, to create the roll and then cut it into slices, accompanied by a variation of sweet wasabi




The wrap:


3 large eggs

1/2 cup evaporated milk

1 cup liquid milk

2 tablespoons oil

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

2 ounces melted butter

1/2cups of flour

1 teaspoon of salt

1/4 cup of sugar


Preparation:

Add all ingredients into blender minus flour and mix. Slowly add flour.

Grease the pan and place on burner with low flame. Place a small amount of the mixture and move the pan until it covers the entire surface, it should be very thin. When it comes off the pan, flip it over and cook until golden brown


filling:


Peanut butter, nutella or Caramel (arequipe)

7 Bananas, peeled.

Blackberry or strawberry jam.


Preparation:


In the crepe, place a thin layer of peanut butter, nutella or caramel (depending on the flavor you want) place 1 banana on side of the circle and a line of jam on the banana. Roll the banana in the crepe until it forms a roll.


For the exterior:


Melted chocolate

Coconut lined, rice crispy, marshmallow or Chocolate sprinkles

Strawberries.


Preparation:


Cover the roll with melted chocolate, and then spread the toping of your choice (coconut lined, rice crispy, pistachios, any toping you want) on each roll. Cut into sushi size pieces. Garnish with sliced ​​strawberries.


Wasabi:


1 teaspoon puree Ginger

1/2 cup Avocado puree


Preparation:


You can use a food processor or grate the ginger to create a puree. Mash the avocado with a fork to form a puree. Mix the two ingredients. We recommend using 1 teaspoon of ginger for every 1/2 cup of avocado. Add more ginger to make it spicier or more avocado for milder.


Store in an airtight container.


Serve next to Banano sushi rolls.
